For Unix systems, run

uname -a

On Windows, execute

winver

For UNIX systems, execute the following command:

eloqdb -version

On Windows, please execute: 

eloqdb32 -version


Acceptable file types: doc,pdf,txt,gif,jpg,jpeg,png.
Maximum file size: 5mb.

You may need to trim the log file to the last 1000 lines or so. To only send the last portion of the file the following command can be used:

tail -n -1000 /var/adm/syslog/eloq6.log > /tmp/eloq.log
